Under the FitoutConcepts identity we send permission-based promotional and outreach email on behalf of MgSolution's advertising partners. Each message contains information about a third-party sponsored offer and includes clear unsubscribe and permanent opt-out options.

Our relationship with MgSolution

MgSolution is the platform operator. It provides the sending infrastructure, tracking, suppression and compliance controls, and is the point of contact for privacy and data requests.
